Helping a bride find her wedding dress is like putting together a puzzle. Each piece of information that she shares with you helps you get closer to the perfect wedding dress. And when she says “yes” you will get emotional with her because you are so honored to have helped her find it.

 

To be successful with this position you must be emotionally intelligent. You must approach every situation with a servant heart. You need to listen to what is said and, more importantly, what is not said. You must be able to read people very quickly, understand their point of view and have empathy for them. When things don’t go completely right you need to possess the confidence and experience to professionally navigate the situation and help the bride find a solution without management intervening. Planning a wedding is very stressful and they expect everything about us to be perfect. A joyful wedding dress shopping experience is created in the small details.

 

We are looking for team members that are available during all of our hours with no scheduling conflicts. Being a bridal stylist means working nights and weekends when most of our brides are out searching for their wedding dress.

If you can’t imagine a bride writing heartwarming words about her time with you, this isn’t the position for you.

 

Your earning potential is equal to the effort and commitment that you put forth. Salary: $15 to $30/hour. The perfect team member will be able to multi-task, pays close attention to detail, has good computer and social media skills, and great inter-personal skills. Experience in more high end sales, such as jewelry or makeup, is a plus!
